Cause: Issue with motor. Either loose connection to motor, excess hair/dirt buildup in motor cover, motor ground (green and yellow wire) has come loose, or replacement part required.
Solution: First step is to check all connections on internal motherboard, second step is to clean out all hair/dirt inside motor cover, third step is to ensure ground cable is connected, fourth step is to replace PCB, fifth step is to replace motor.
