Cause: Display issue. Cause: Internal display connection has come loose, plug not fully connected at base of display stand, internal cord from PCB to display not secured, or PCB has been damaged.
Solution: First step is to check all connections on internal motherboard and base of display stand, second step is to clean out all hair/dirt inside motor cover, third step is to replace display, fourth step is to replace PCB.
