Our Guarantee: We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a replacement or refund.
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction 30-day guarantee. Customer must pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee. All packaging must be intact and the product returned in good condition. dogPACER reserves the right to make final determinations of all returns.
Please call or e-mail us at support@wagbrands.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to shipping your dogPACER back to us. Products will not be accepted without prior authorization and the RMA number must be written on the box.
